Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about our services: scope, timelines, support, billing and how we work with each customer's IT team.
Services
Do you take on projects outside Chihuahua?
Yes. We deliver projects nationwide in Mexico and schedule technical visits in stages. For managed services, operations can run remotely with visits scheduled as agreed in the contract.
Can I hire only part of the service?
Yes. We can deliver just the network design and let another company implement it, or run a vulnerability assessment without hiring monitoring. What we do not do is hand over a design without the documentation that makes it usable.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A single-site network design takes 3 to 8 weeks; a first software stage, 6 to 10; a vulnerability assessment, 2 to 4. Our proposal sets dates per stage, never a single date.
SaaS products
Can the SaaS products be installed on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Estratos Desk, Monitor and Vault are offered as a service operated by the group or installed on the customer infrastructure, depending on data and compliance requirements.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
The service is not cut off. We warn you as you approach the limit and propose the next plan; the change applies in the following cycle.
Contracting
Do you work with tenders and compliance requirements?
Yes. We provide the technical, tax and security documentation that corporate and public procurement processes require. It helps to tell us from the start so we can adjust the schedule.
How is confidentiality handled?
We sign non-disclosure agreements before the survey. Access to customer infrastructure is granted with named accounts, logged, and revoked when the project ends.
Support
What are your support hours?
The service desk is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. Contracts with extended or 24/7 operation include specific hours and escalation paths, defined in the proposal.
Is your question not here?
Every operation has its own details. Write to us with your case and an engineer will answer you directly; you can also search the site content.
